What is Brittanie?

Usually a name to describe someone who's very colorful, and very artistic. Very weird.
Also a sexual act to describe covering them head to toe in shaving cream and putting pubic hair on them to replace their features hidden by the cream, then taking a picture and posting it on 4chan. The photo is later fapped to by thousands.
