A commonly known cooking term mash-up used as another word for "high on weed". It's a combination between "broiled" and "roasted". Modifiers to this slang word are "char-broasted" or "crunk-broast-age" or some such nonsense that's fun for the whole family!
"Last night me and my buddies got broasted off some hydro. While we checked out Lil Jon's latest video, we were totally crazy like some true char-crunksters! Okay?! What?!"
