What is Broken Asian?

Somebody who comes from Asia, or is of Asian descent that is no longer in working condition. Meaning, an asian that cannot speak their native language or has forgotten about their culture and/or traditions.
Katrina: "I'm a broken asian."
Theatre Class: "A whaaa?!"
