What is Broken Heart?

Is when you fall for someone so hard and think they are going to catch you, but instead you hit the ground. and get back up so you can just see who is willing to catch you.
A little girl riding her bike for the first time. She falls and wants her daddy to catch her but instead she falls, gets a scratch and gets back up and trys again. Maybe not at first but she does try again knowing she might fall. When you get a broken heart you try again.

When the one you love looks at you differently, and you notice that he doesn't love you anymore. You can't help but cry and be angry at the world. Your friends try to say "it will all get better in time" but you just want to yell at them "NO IT WONT! IT NEVER WILL" Its a pain that wont escape you. And for a while, life as you know it will have ended.
"Why can't you just stop thinking about it and follow your heart?"
"Because... he broke my heart!"
"Somebody call 911, theres a girl with a broken heart"

A sad emotional state. Occurs when you get close to someone, and love them, then they go and throw it back in your face and laugh at your pain.
Lexi dated Jamie for eight monthes. She gave up many of her firsts, and she thought he was the one. Then one day she walks in on him when he was with Linsey, and he dumps her. Which resultd in her having a Broken Heart

A person who likes/loves another plenty, and falls for them hard. When someone breaks your heart, you are hurt because they broke up with you or cheated on you if you were in an intimate relationship. Or, the person you're after starts going steady with another and there was nothing you could do to prevent it and you wished to be with them or at least given them advice to be with someone better.
"She was so in love with him! What did he do to leave her with a broken heart?"
"He cheated on her with Anna."
