An attractive female. Term is typically used in a public setting by a group of males who do not wish for anyone, save the group, to know that an attractive female is being pointed out.
The saying began at a major retailer in order for employees to point out attractive women in the store without notice.
"Hey Scott, you should have been out here, you just missed a broken ladder."
"We have a broken ladder in aisle #5!"
