What is Brokey?

1). Someone who appears to be suffering from a mild form of mental retardation, and has occasional tantrums, similar to that of Tourettes Syndrome(TS).
2). One who appears to be desperatly in need of attention, so they act in perverse, obscene, and often homosexual ways to gain the acceptance of their peers.
3). Adam
Dude 1- "Man, why the hell is Adam so damn brokey?"
Dude 2- "I dont know dude, but he sure is one homo lookin' ass muthafuc*er!"
