What is Brouche?

A cross between your typical, run-of-the-mill Douche Bag and a "Bro." This is generally a guy who thinks he is Joe Cool himself. He is so far up his own ass that he can taste brain. Said guy usually pops his collar and wears Oakley sunglasses on the back of his head. Attends parties so he can yell random 'party' words.
Guy - "Chad ruined the whole fuckin' party because he thinks screaming and yelling "PARTY!" every 5 seconds makes it a 'good time.'"
Girl - "I know. My friend had sex with him when she was drunk last week. She said he wore his hat backwards the whole time and kept asking her if she had seen '2 Cups 1 Girl.'"
Guy and Girl - "What a Brouche."
