What is Brows?

To be added to the end of a sentence, usually after an ellipses, to negate the sentences initial meaning.

1) Girl: "I think you should dye your hair pink!"

Guy: "I think that is a really good idea...brows"

2) Guy: "It is so hot out here in Spain, how is the weather in England?"

Girl: "Well it is actually really nice and warm here in England...brows".
