Term used to describe a girl who will attend class without showering, doing her hair, or wearing makeup. Has the effect of withering boners for 100 yards in every direction.
Etymology - combination of the words "broke" and "uncle," because only someone's unemployed male relative can attain such a level of crippling slovenliness.
