Term used to describe a very chipper person who is happy despite some very downing things. Usually has many friends that they have a good time with, but secretly can't stand most of them. And is pleasant at inconcievable times.
person 1: "I can't believe she is so happy she just lost her job and her boyfriend."
person 2: "What can I say she's a Brytni."
