What is Bubbaplex?

Any large, expansive center for Redneck Culture, such as a Bass Pro Shops outlet or a Nascar track. Typically a Bubbaplex would be someplace where rednecks spend money for items or entertainment that are specific to their cultural identity.
Last weekend my redneck cousin and his girlfriend came into town to see the monster truck show at the Coliseum. I hadn't seen him in a while so I met him at the front gates. Man, that place was a Bubbaplex!
