What is Bubble Club?

A club in which people "join" per-se at their place of employment. Membership requirements are as follows: going out drinking after work, kissing upper managements behind, and doing ungodly things behind office and other doors. This is how someone climbs the corporate ladder in that company instead of being good at what they do and working hard.
Sad to say the only reason why that person got into management, even though they do not not meet the requirements outlined in the job's description and the job was not even ever posted for anyone else to apply for, is because they are in the Bubble Club.
