What is Bubble Pen?

A bubble pen is a simple and amazing object. No one really knows who invented it. It's basically a pen, usually not having much ink, with bubble liquid/solution in the tube thing. The top screws off, with a bubble wand on the end. You then blow a bubble. It makes from great fun! A necessity for all hip kids!
Me: Jack, I'm so jealous! Your bubble pen lights up AND has spiderman on it!
Jack: Thanks. It's a collecters item.
