A person convinced that there is a real estate bubble and it is about to burst. Eagerly spouts off "wisdom" regarding this real estate bubble to anyone who will listen.
Not to sound like a bubblehead, but things can't go on like this forever. The tide will turn and buyers will be in the driver's seat again.
