What is Buddy Dobbs?

A character from urban folklore. No one is really sure if he exists, but there are many stories about him. The name is derived from a Warren commission reference to the Jack Ruby / Lee Harvey Oswaldconnection. It is said he will lead an army of the homeless against the affluent. It is a myth passed among the homeless, and is rarely told to people they judge as outsiders. To my knowledge, there is no records of him ever really existing.
