What is Buffchub?

when you suspect a man of having a large package, but you're not quite sure.
this man is most likely on the chubby side, but not fat, per say, and has the right amount of muscles :]
not used in a derogatory manner.
ever since you told me that you think my biology teacher is a buffchub, i've never been able to look at him the same.
