What is Buhoci?

A word, actually a name describing a guy who is really shy, relatively short who has dark couloured skin. He is usually reffered to as "the bear". He is not so sociable, but people like him. He gets easily offended when people joke about his weight or skin colour.
OMG look at buhoci! He is such a bear!
