A combination of "bullsh*t" and "estimate", it's the numbers you make up on a report when you don't have any data to make even a lame guesstimate. Usually produced under extreme deadlines and before the dillhole in Sales finally turns in his numbers.

Co-Worker: "The Boss Man is asking if you have last month's numbers ready yet. He needs it ASAP."

Me: "Aww, frak me. No one has submitted their cost reports. I'll pull together some bullshisstimates and e-mail it to Der Führer."
