What is Bum Busting?

The act of going out late at night with a big group of people in one car and heading out to "bum central". Bum central is basically a place where there are many pedestrians walking. Usually bums. Next, as you pass by people in the car throw a variety of things at them. Most common is an egg. But fruits and baby food do the trick.
Gaby, Jerry, and Stefano went bum busting at 3 in the morning and hit 5 different bums.
