What is Bum Scrumping?

It is the phrase given to gay men who go out at night looking for other me. Gay men who are in escene going on the pull. They are often the ones found at the bar scanning the room much how a non gay person would if looking for a girl, the main difference is that they are looking for a 'bum' to 'scrump' (steal).
