Or when a girl/boy wants to make her boyfriend and or best friend look like total hom-oh's .
It's also a very catchy saying to be used by all women/men .
"teeheehee you guy's are like total bumper but buddys"
"You douche thanks for giving me hug now that chic totally thinks im a bumper but buddy man.
