What is Bumtouch?

An insult used among young children between the ages of 3-7. Incinuates that one touches buttocks' of others. This is considered highly controversial among the kindergarden crowd.
Johnny: "Kevin! Come play with me in the sandbox!"
Kevin: "No, Johnny, I don't want to."
Johnny: "You're a bumtouch."
Everyone: *gasp*
