word invented by a group of freinds/hoodlums/drinking buddies in and around Mill Valley, Ca in the late 80's. it is a stupid person, I think originally used to describe my girlfriend, but I cant remember, It came from bunny and mutant (cute but stupid)but evolved into anyone who was a tard
