What is Burble Up?

A burp that is followed by a load of puke up the esophagus.
It almost blows out but it doesn't. Just leaves the bitter taste of vomit in your mouth.
Ryan just finished off a plate of spagetti w/ meatsauce and was discussing load reactions with his collegue Rene... when he was overcome with "burble up". Almost puked!
