Mythical creature and wannabe dictator.
Its full name is Pervez W. Busharraf. According to The Huffington Post's Ali Eteraz, "this is what Pakistanis call their "enlightened moderate" (or is it, moderately enlightened) dictator."
Apparently Musharraf is now as popular and respected in Pakistan as
"If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator." - Busharraf
'President' Busharraf declared a state of emergency and martial law in Pakistan. (November 3rd, 2007)
