What is Bushism?
1.
Hysterical misstatements from George W Bush. About the only good thing that's come from his presidency is all the jokes about him.
"I believe that the human being and the fish can coexist peacefully."
"She's a West Texas girl, just like me."
"More and more of our imports come from other countries."
"I know how hard it is to put food on your family."
"I understand small businesses. I was one."
2.

A grammatically atrocious bastardization of the English language as delivered by our 43rd President.
"They misunderestimated me."
—Bentonville, Ark., Nov. 6, 2000
3.
A statement made by George W. Bush that makes little-no sense, and/or violates basic rules of grammar.
"For every fatal shooting, there were roughly three
nonfatal shootings. And, folks, this is unacceptable
in America. It's just unacceptable. And we're going to
do something about it."
May 2001
4.
One of the many idiotic remarks that chimpanzee in the white house has made during his lifetime.
"The war on terror involves Saddam Hussein because of the nature of Saddam Hussein, the history of Saddam Hussein, and his willingness to terrorize himself." - George W. Bush, January 29, 2003.
5.
A linguistic derivation of Buddhism by the 43rd president of the United States. Philosophy that excessive desire to speak properly will cause suffering that leads to an endless cycle of reincarnation. Excessive conveyance of clear meaning is believed to cause the speaker and listener to focus on the suffering in the world and the desire to change it. As a result, the practioner of Bushism must try to avoid falling into the trap of "making sense," so as to envelop conversants in mystic contemplation of what was really said.
"I am responisible for all my mistakes. And so are you."
"Education is my top priority. However, education is not my top priotrity."
"I believe a military of high morale is conducive to keeping the peace when we find a senior who has to choose between food and medicine-that's not our vision of America."
"The fact that he relies on facts -- says things that are not factual -- are going to undermine his campaign."
6.
A completely mindless and idiotic statement made by our *beloved* president.
"Our enemies will stop at nothing to harm our people and our country, and neither will we."
7.
Unintentional pieces of wisdom created by George W. Bush (for whom the word is named) while he was not looking at the teleprompter during a speech.
"We ought to make the pie higher."
"Free societies are hopeful societies. And free societies will be allies against these hateful few who have no conscience, who kill at the whim of a hat."
"I know what I believe. I will continue to articulate what I believe and what I believe—I believe what I believe is right."
