What is Bust A Nutter?

To win by over 10 percentage points in a highly contested election with at least 5 candidates. Coined after the results of the 2007 primary election in Philadelphia. Election winner Mike Nutter pulled this off.
We thought the race was going to be much closer, but he really managed to Bust a Nutter through his clever campaigning.
