a stupid individual who thinks only of himself and usually blames everyone else for his own stupidity.
That busted asshole just pulled out in front of me and had the nerve to flip me off. Democrats are busted assholes, i.e. Hillary Clinton. "Sorry boss, I was late to work because my friend's car broke down." ~ This person is a busted asshole; blame is better to give than receive!
