What is Bustif?

One that thinks they are a playa, but in reality they are not cool and have no idea that they are not cool. They like to do illegal activites to gain popularity not to benefit themselves. They also think they are well liked but they are hated by multiples.
Man that kid is allways around here and no one likes him. what a bustif.
