What is But Firsted?

This is a result of being delayed in starting a chore, errand, task, etc because something else has to be completed first.
Rudy, I thought you were going to the store.
I am, "but first" I have to make the grocery list.
I was going to clean up the shop; however I got "but firsted" because the shop light was burned out and I had to change the bulb.
