What is Butt Digging?

Butt digging is the process of trawling through your ashtray, looking for used cigarette butts with a quantity of stale tobacco remaining. Once you have gathered the necessary amount, you squeeze the tobacco out and roll it up in Rizla (if you dont have Rizla any paper will do)
