A rare form of diarhea where in your anus expelles its runny feces through a sort of projectile wad. Often paired with a fart or post shits. Often ridiculously smelly and sometimes oddly discoloured.
Sarah told her parents she had the runs and it was so bad, she butt horked (verb).
