A female or male that frequently gets butt naked and hos it up on the streets. Natural habitats include college campuses and the suburbs of Chicago. Can be seen wearing pink Northface jackets, sunglasses too big for his or her face, and whining about just about everything. Clueless most of the time, a butt naked ho knows exactly how to complain about things no one else thinks about. His or her favorite things to let other people know about include recent butt naked adventures after long nights at the bars. People listening to him or her suspect these stories are told merely to attract attention to the buttnaked ho.
