Someone who is beyond remedial in the looks department. They are pitifully ugly, basically the equivalent of an assface. In other words they have been mauled and raped by the ugly stick and there is nothing they can do about it because no matter what they will still be disgusting.

That guy is buttass ugly I don't understand why you would want to go out with him anyway.
