Anal intercourse between two heterosexual males, in which the balls of both participants do not come in contact of each other. Seperation of the balls may be as insignificant as a slip of paper to keep the act heterosexual and thus distinguish the buttfack from the buttfuck.
NOTE: the buttfuck between two men is a homosexual act in contrast to the buttfack.
Hugh Heffner and George Bush are free to buttfack as much as they want without losing their heterosexuality.
