What is Buttnog?

A build up of semenin a gay man's asshole. Usually slurpped out by his partner.

Billy likes to let his buttnog ferment in his partners asshole before he slurps out the wholesome goodness.

A lousy concoction with rum and irish cream with milk and eggs. normally doesnt come out too well. makes one sick
