Someone who attempts to shortcut the learning process with $$$$ and in particular expensive lessons (in a vain attempt to be hip and cool). For example I learned to surf through long hours of trial and error. These kooks are buying there way in and are crowding/endangering our surf spots. Their lack of skills and understanding of rules of the lineup are resulting in beefs with the locals.
