Someone whom people consider funny because of material regularly stolen from TV shows or books. Most byproxies will have a favourite source that they will constantly reference.
Byproxy: "Us peeps are pretty tight here on the Westside."
Guy: Yeah, dude you're so funny.
Byproxy: "Respect my authorit-ii!"
