What is Byukagan?

A special eye condition that exists only amongst members of the Hyuga family clan. It allows the person possessing the eyes to be able to see 360 degrees, see through objects and at long distances, and can also be used to see the chakra present in a person. People posessing the byukagan have white eyeballs.
