What is Cackhanded?

Someone who is cackhanded is lefthanded, and hence a clumsyfool who can't writeor use a knife and fork properly.

My sister is cackhanded. It's really annoying because you can never find righthanded scissors in the house despite the fact that 3/4 of my family are righthanded. I'm sure she chucks them away as a result of her bitter twisted resentment of the fact she's not normal.
