What is Cafstaurpub?

A eating establishment that looks like a pub but serves food, coffee, and snacks so is more like a restaurant. However, it cannot qualify as a restaurant because it looks too much like a pub.
Term derived from 4 guys who debated whether a certain eating establishment with the word cafe in the title was really a restaurant, cafe, or pub. An argument that would not have taken place had any of the participants had better things to do with their time.
I took my friends out to eat at the the Halfway Cafstaurpub.
