What is Cahokia?

A trashy town off to the side of St. Louis. Folks can see the Arch from here while getting robbed at the gas station on Jerome Lane. The village of Cahokia is slowly getting as bad as East St. Louis... which, if you watch the news in the area... you will know that at least one person is shot here per day.
random man standing at the bus stop : "Nice weather, huh?"
gangster man next to him : "WHAT THE FUCK YOU SAY?! -shoots random man-
random man : "Dude... what... -gasp- did I do?"
gangster man : "You asked me the weather, I thought you were hitting on me. Gotta watch that here in Cahokia."
