An acronym that stands for Crusty And Itchy Asshole Syndrome. CAIAS usually occurs after a number of excessively greasy bowel movements in which one-ply toilet paper was used for wiping. There are five levels of CAIAS, like a hurricane, and level 5 is the worst.
