What is Calchottie?

The absolutely gorgeous brunette in your calculus class. Her body is spectacular. Her intelligence makes her all the more attractive. You desperately want to talk with her and get to know her, but you are somewhat older and fear that the age difference would just be too weird. You wonder if she would be interested in studying together.
In my calculus (M408D) section at the University of Texas Austin, the calchottie sits in the front row on the right hand side.
