Performed during rush hour or anytime with heavy traffic...upon exiting a freeway or trying to enter a turning lane the driver cruises by hundreds of waiting cars and then slips in at the last possible second.
Passenger: "Ah man, this exit is backed up for a mile!"
Driver: "Don't worry, I'll bust a California Cut on these fools!"
