What is California Drone?

The California Drone is a picutre taken of a UFO. It was supposedly taken by some one that goes by the name of Raji who took the photo on May 16 of 2007. This person is said to have posted it on Criagslist, made one or a couple of email transactions, and then completely dissapeared, closing their email account. It is a large object behind a telephone pole (which is supposed to be infront of Raji's fiancee's parents' home). The object appears to be floating in the sky. It is an open dome with a large prong out the side, and three lesser, but still very large, prongs.
My cousin saw the the California Drone about 4 years ago.
