The sexual act of jizzing, shitting, and vomiting on an unsuspecting woman's (or man's?) chest (in no particular order), making a very disgusting pizza. Then for added entertainment, rub her jugs together to slice up the pie.
Man: I met this chick at the bar with a tramp stamp that said "Cali 'Za" and I had no idea what it meant.
Friend: Did you ask her about it?
