What is California Ten?

A female of extreme physical attractiveness generally but not necessarily a resident of California. The female populus of California is on a significantly higher level of attractiveness compared to the rest of the United States. Therefore to be considered a California Ten, you must be one of the elite in a pool of women which are well-above the average level of attractiveness.
Blake: "Marisa Miller is way too perfect."
Trey: "Yeah dude, textbook California Ten."
Kevin: "Yeah I'd say shes a ten."
Trey: "Yo, she might be a ten in New England, but she sure as hell ain't a California Ten."
