While one sleeps, they are open-mouthed, potentially laying on their back and snoring so loudly the neighbors can't sleep. When a person calls the hogs they aren't the only ones aware of their bed time hour, so is everyone within a 2 mile radius. Hence, the hogs are running to his door at night!
