What is Cam Only?

A vehicle that has been modified in a way that does not change any engine internals except for a camshaft. Any bolt on upgrades that are considered supporting modifications will fall into this category. No addition of any forced induction may be included in the classification. Any change in displacement or cylinder head modification are also disqualified.
My Camaro runs 11.50@118mph and is a cam only car. It has the following parts:

Exhaust
Gears
Stall
Camshaft / valvetrain
